E-Mail Utility Bill Delivery Terms and Conditions

The City of Trotwood's e-mail utility bill delivery service is provided in part with assistance from InConnect Solutions LLC.  InConnect Solutions LLC will use information collected from you only as necessary to assist the City of Trotwood in processing payments according to the terms set forth herein.

Password Policy
Use of e-mail utility bill delivery service requires both a utility account number and a password. During the registration process for e-mail utility bill delivery service, you must choose a unique sign-on password ("Password").  Each utility account number and corresponding Password can only be used by one individual or entity.

Anyone with knowledge of both your utility account number and Password can gain access to e-mail utility bill delivery service and the information that is available regarding your account. Accordingly, all Passwords must be kept secret. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this e-mail utility bill delivery service, you agree to be solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Password, as well as for any communications entered on, or payments authorized, through this e-mail utility bill delivery service using your Password.

Use of Email Utility Bill Delivery
You may use email utility bill delivery service to pay your City of Trotwood utility bills (water, sewer, trash and/or storm drainage) directly through your checking, VISA, or MasterCard account.  A notification that your monthly bill is available on the email utility bill delivery service system will be sent to your registered email address. By enrolling for email utility bill delivery service you authorize your City of Trotwood utility bills to be delivered to you solely through email utility bill delivery service. After your first two billing cycles on email utility bill delivery service, the City of Trotwood will not send you a paper bill through the mail. The City of Trotwood will not charge you fees for utilizing the email utility bill delivery service at this time.
